Compression massage is a quiet, hands-off service designed to support circulation and help the body feel more comfortable and refreshed. Using gentle, rhythmic compression, each session is customized by zone and pressure to match your comfort and how your body feels that day.
You’ll relax in a private treatment room while the compression moves through the legs and/or trunk in a controlled, comfortable rhythm. You'll remain fully dressed in comfortable clothing, such as leggings or sweatpants.
This service requires no effort, no downtime, and no recovery time. Just time to sit, rest, and let your body reset.

We Check in
We talk through your intake and the area you’re booking. Then we will what feels comfortable for you.
Boots, trunk or arm sleeve go on.
Compression sleeves go on (buckle or zip), we adjust the pressure so it feels good and you're set. WiFi is available, but we encourage a device free session.
You get comfy.
You’ll keep your clothes on – leggings, joggers, sweatpants, whatever is comfortable. You'll be laying down or reclined on a comfy table. Bring socks!
After
You’ll simply get up, notice how your body feels, and ease back into your day.
